Where like77 Came From — and Why It Matters
like77 started from a straightforward frustration. A group of gaming enthusiasts based in the Philippines noticed that most online betting platforms serving Filipino players were essentially copy-paste versions of international sites — the same design, the same confusing interface, the same offshore payment workarounds that made depositing or withdrawing feel like an obstacle course. Currency conversion fees, slow bank transfers, customer support teams who'd never heard of GCash — it was exhausting.
So the like77 team set out to build something different. Not just a platform that allowed Filipino users, but one that was genuinely designed around how Pinoys actually play and pay. That meant GCash and Maya as first-class deposit methods from day one, a mobile-first interface that loads fast on Philippine mobile networks, a support team that speaks both Filipino and English, and promotions with honest terms rather than marketing gimmicks.
Since launching, like77 has grown into one of the most trusted online gaming destinations in the Philippines. We're proud of that, but we don't take it for granted. Every week, the like77 team reviews player feedback, improves the platform, and adds new features based on what our Filipino members actually want — not what some international template assumes they want.
"We built like77 because we're Filipino players ourselves. We know the frustration of slow withdrawals and confusing interfaces — so we fixed it."
Everything Under One Roof at like77
One of the things our members tell us they appreciate most about like77 is that they don't need three separate accounts on three different platforms anymore. Whether you want to bet on a basketball game in the evening, play baccarat late at night, join a poker tournament on the weekend, or watch a virtual horse race during your lunch break — it all happens in one place.
The like77 sportsbook covers over 30 sports including football, basketball, boxing, tennis, MMA, and motor racing, with in-play betting on major events. Our card games section features baccarat, blackjack, and live dealer tables. The poker room runs regular tournaments with guaranteed prize pools. Esports betting covers Mobile Legends, Dota 2, CS2, and more. PBA betting gets its own dedicated section because Filipino basketball deserves proper attention. And virtual sports run 24/7 for when you want action at any hour.
All of it is accessible from the same account, the same wallet, and the same mobile interface. Top up once and bet wherever the night takes you.
